Volunteer at Hampton
A great opportunity for everyone to get outside and stuck into on-the-ground nature restoration and regenerative farming.
There are lots of exciting projects at Hampton that need lots of people power and provide a great opportunity for everyone to get outside and stuck into on-the-ground nature restoration and regenerative farming.
We host volunteer work parties at Hampton, days when we come together with friends, family, local groups and individuals and the wider Hampton community to plant hedges, manage our heathland, bash bracken, pop scrub on our chalk downland and much more.
We welcome everyone with open arms – whether you’re a nature enthusiast or simply want more time outside away from your screen.
Format for a volunteer day at Hampton
- 1000: meet, welcome, demonstration of task
- 1000 – 1300: tasking hard, restoring landscapes
- 1300: celebratory Hampton sausage sandwich (please bring your own picnic if you’re not into that)
Bring with you: appropriate weather gear, sturdy footwear, water bottle and snacks/picnic.
We provide tools and good company.
