Waggoners Campsite Manager 2026

We’re very excited to be recruiting an enthusiastic and responsible Campsite Manager to run our much loved off-grid Waggoners Campsite in the Surrey Hills for the 2026 season. This is a hands-on, outdoor role welcoming guests, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring the campsite runs smoothly.

Key information:

• Location: Waggoners Campsite, Hampton Estate, GU10 1HP

• Contract: Fixed-term, seasonal

• Dates of employment: 30 March – 4 October 2026

• Working pattern: Thursday–Monday (with Tuesday/Wednesday off; some half days)

• Hours: Approx. 30–50 hours per week, depending on the season

• Salary: £18,500 for the season

• Accommodation: Free on-site space for a campervan or caravan
