The Estate is very conveniently situated for both Farnham and Guildford stations and offers a rural setting minutes from either town. The thriving villages of Puttenham and Seale are both very attractive and Puttenham in particular has a good primary school and equally important a good local pub. The area is excellent for walking and cycling particularly because of the light sandy soil, and Puttenham Common and The North Downs Way long distance footpath are very well used.
We try hard to retain a full occupancy rate but cottages and houses occasionally become empty and details of all new lettings can be obtained from the estate office.
