Myrtle’s Courtyard
Myrtle’s Courtyard at Hampton is a very pretty cluster of early Victorian farm buildings nestling in the historic parkland of the Estate and is available to hire for all sorts of events.
Welcome to Myrtle’s Courtyard, originally the Hampton Dairy Farm and milking parlour, this space is very adaptable, and will suit meetings, conferences, weddings, dinners, parties, lunches, teas, lectures and training. Small corporate events are as successful as larger celebratory gatherings. Myrtle’s Courtyard is offered on a dry hire basis for you to transform using your own furniture and catering provisions.
Main Features
Main Hall
The main hall is entered off the courtyard. It measures approx 55.8ft long and 18ft wide (1,003sqft) with beautiful wooden beams providing the main feature and two large wood burning stoves. This room will seat 80 comfortably.
The Parlour
The Parlour is ideal for a more intimate seating area, consulting room or refreshment space. It measures approx 16.4ft long and 14.7ft wide (241 sqft).
The Courtyard
In summer, the wide sliding doors open out onto the rustic courtyard providing a lovely open space for mingling/greeting.
The Calf Boxes
In the Courtyard area, there 8 smaller stables, all with light and power sockets; great spaces for ‘breakout rooms’ or discreet dining areas. They also make fantastic areas for individual craft stalls or private consulting areas.
The Cloakroom
There is a cloakroom measuring approx 18ft by 13ft, with two walls furnished with ample hooks for coats. Doors lead off to the kitchen and also the main hall.
The Kitchen
The kitchen leads off the main room and measures approx 14ft by 8ft. It provides a large double sink, a single hand wash sink, an oven, a stove, fridge and hot water urn. We do not have preferred caterers.
Parking & Location
There is ample parking supplied in designated areas. Keeping the areas in front of the Courtyard free for guests with limited mobility.

Visitors must be directed to approach from the South, off Littleworth Road, rather than through the park from the north, as they will be travelling through a private residence.

Full Day:
8am – 8pm @ £375
Day + Eve:
8am – 12 midnight @ £500
